The Spanish words for the colors black, blue, green, red, and yellow are not hard too difficult to remember. The Spanish word for black is Negro. That is one that you just have to memorize, although you might remind yourself that the word for orange is “naranja” whether you are referring to the color, or to the actual fruit itself!
